These are the settings that I use on my bike. for 50 and below, i put a 150 main jet in. For 80 and up i switch the main jet to a 145. This may seem really low, but it is still a tad rich at WOT which is what I want.

If you are stock, then the stock jetting is extremely rich from factory with a 170 main and a 48 stock pilot. If you have boyeson reeds, then you have to lower the size of the main jet. If the above is good then i'd try the pilot change You've got a 48 pilot and airscrew at 2 turns out i wouldn't be opposed to trying a 45 pilot and resetting the airscrew, the worst thats gonna happen is you'll get a bad bog down low and that will tell you if you cannot use that pilotĪs long as you can rule out that everything else mechanically is fine, good topend, reeds, clutchside crankseal is not leaking allowing transmission fluid to be pulled into the motor

Any advice is appreciated guys, I just dont want to go to lean and burn the bike up. I'm a little scared to go leaner on the jetting without some advice because Im already a good bit leaner than factory. I always run fresh mix and never let gas sit in the carb while the bike is not being ridden. The plug may be a little oily at times but I have NEVER fouled a plug. Occasionally on the slower tight sections I feel the bike loading up and I have to rev it hard a few times to 'clean' the bike out. The bike is used for Hare Scrambles and Fast Trail Rides. The packing is very saturated after 10-15 hours. Enough spooge to where the stream runs down the silencer and drips onto the swingarm and wheel after a 45 minute ride. I have an EXTREME amount of smoke and spooge though.

The issue: Bike may seem a little rich down low but runs clean for the most part. Stock Plug and 32:1 Maxima Castor premix used. Always keep a fresh no toil air filter and repack the silencer every 10-15 hours.
